Licensing questions:

How many copies of each product should I buy?
Each product you purchase is licensed for a single user. If your development team consists of 4 people, then you would need to buy 4 copies of the software. For volume licensing, that is for more than 10 copies, please contact us.
I use two computers for website development. How many copies do I need to purchase?
If you are the only developer, then you need purchase only a single copy and install it on both machines. Each copy is licensed to a single user, no matter how many machines (s)he runs it on. But if, for example, there are two users who either share a computer or use multiple computers, then you must purchase two copies of our Product. The simple formula is: number of users = number of copies to buy.
There is someone who fills in for me once in a while. Should we purchase another copy of the software?
Yes. Our products are so reasonably priced that we hope you will honor our simple formula: number of users = number of copies to buy.
On how many servers and sites am I allowed to use the software?
You are permitted to use the product on unlimited servers and sites. We charge only by the number of developers, not the number of sites or servers, although we are always open to donations!
Do I get free updates as new versions of the product are released?
You are entitled to receive minor product updates free of charge forever. This is distinct from major products upgrades, should they occur, for which you would receive a significant discount.
Help! I lost my software. Will you send me another copy?
Sure, no problem. We've all had this happen. Use our Contact Form and we'll be happy to get you another copy for free.

The purchase process

How does the purchase process actually work?
With Javascript ON:
You can add items directly to the Order Form or, conveniently, there is an "Add to Order Form" button atop the individual Product pages. Clicking that button will add the product to the Order Form for you. To review the Order Form at any time, click the Order Form element of the Store menu in the left navigation bar. There you can add or remove products, select the version (Dreamweaver or Standalone) and enter the number of licenses you wish to purchase. When you are ready, click the Checkout button, which will take you to PayPal. When you are all done at PayPal, be SURE to click the Return to divaHTML link . And see the next Question for what happens next!
With Javascript OFF:
The "Add to Order Form" button on each Product page will take you directly to a Shopping Cart. Use your browser's Back button to continue at our our site. When you are ready to Checkout, click the Shopping Cart element of the Store menu in the left navigation bar. There you can enter the number of licenses of each product you wish to purchase. Remember to buy one copy for each person who will be using it. See the Licensing Questions FAQ above for details. When you are ready, click the Checkout button, which will take you to PayPal. When you are all done at PayPal, be SURE to click the Return to divaHTML link. And see the next Question for what happens next!
With Cookies OFF:
The "Add to Order Form" button on each Product page will not be functional. Rather, when you are all done cruising the site and ready to make your purchases, click the Order Form element of the Store menu in the left navigation bar. There you can choose products, select the version (Dreamweaver or Standalone) and enter the number of licenses you wish to purchase. If you leave the page now, it will forget your entries, so be sure to click the Checkout button. When you are ready, click the Checkout button, which will take you to PayPal. When you are all done at PayPal, be SURE to click the Return to divaHTML link. And see the next Question for what happens next!
How soon does the software arrive?
As soon as your online order is completed at PayPal, you will immediately receive a download link via email. You should be able to install and run the software within minutes of placing your order...except if you elect to pay via eCheck, in which case you will receive the download link only after the eCheck has cleared, which takes several days. If you are in a hurry, and who isn't, then don't pay by eCheck!
What forms of payment do you accept?
For online purchases we use PayPal to process your payments, and e-junkie to handle the software downloads. You do NOT need an account with PayPal to pay by credit card. If for any reason you wish not to use PayPal, then you can pay by check, although obviously the process will take a whole lot longer. Send your check drawn on a US bank account to:

What forms of currency do you accept?
All of our prices are in U.S. dollars. So too must your payments be in US dollars. Of course, PayPal does any needed conversion for you.

Is ordering online secure?
PayPal uses the industry's safest encryption techniques and methods. With PayPal, the merchant- in this case, us - never gets to see your Credit Card information. We feel safe shopping with PayPal ourselves, and frequently use it for our personal purchases, if that is any sort of provenance.

Refunds

What is your Refund policy?
We offer a 60 day Money Back Guarantee! Personally, I hate to buy something only to discover that it will not serve my needs. So we are very happy to refund your purchase in full if you find you can not use the product. If you are having a technical problem, of course we'd love to help you sort it out. Take a look at all the online help, or use a Support Ticket for personalized help, or, heck, email us directly at support@divaHTML.com. We want you to be happy.
